LOW MOISTURE APPLES

Low Moisture Apples (also called “dehydrated”) are prepared from sound, properly ripened fruit which has been washed, cored, sorted, trimmed, sized in the desired cut and properly dehydrated to not more than 5% moisture by weight.

Product can be used as ingredient for the Breakfast Cereal Industry among others.
